Classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6-7pm at Littleover Grange Hall Community Centre, DE23 6FX.

Charged at £7 per class, there is the option to purchase 5 classes for £30 at checkout.

Classes are limited to 12 spaces and must be booked in advance.
