Yoga is for every body.
I truly believe Yoga is for every body - I pride myself on holding an inclusive, accessible and welcoming space for all yoga students to learn in a way that suits them.

I want people to feel really comfortable in my classes, this isn't a gym fitness class, it's a space to move, quiet your mind and listen to your body, we'll build strength, balance and flexibility along the way - It's all part of the journey.
I'll never push you to do something that doesn't feel right for your body, everything is optional and I encourage people to honour their bodies and abilities wherever they're currently at.

I really enjoy teaching people new to yoga - By providing descriptive and precise cues, you gain knowledge and confidence which gives you a strong foundation to build upon for life.
If you feel anxious about practicing yoga in public - I will offer you a respectful, supportive and non judgmental approach to learning.

You can bring your whole self to a class with me regardless of:
- Age
- Ability
- Gender identity
- Sexuality
- Neurodiversity
- Ethnicity
- Body size
Whether you wish to practice yoga in a community space/studio or at home, I feel that by providing a welcoming and inclusive space, this gives you the optimum surrounding to be your authentic self and develop a strong and stable regular Yoga practice.
With personal experience of anxiety, low self esteem and negative body image - I promise that our classes will be guided sensitively.
If you contact me to discuss booking a one to one class, we will talk beforehand so I can understand your goals and create a Yoga practice suited to your needs and requirements.
